“I have been a customer of HamperGifts for very many years and have always found the quality of their products, pricing and general communication for be excellent. However. I recently arranged for a hamper to be sent to my daughter for a special birthday on 24th May and received email confirmation from HamperGifts on 21st May that it would be delivered on the agreed day. It arrived at 07:23 on 22nd May. I emailed HamperGifts for an explanation on that day but to date have not received a reply. The hamper I have rated five star - the service less so.”
