“I love the handles but the screws are too short and we have had to go buy new ones. If the screws come in different sizes, would it be better to send the longer ones as they can be easily cut, can't extend the shorter ones. I appreciated being contacted after my email, that is great customer service which there is a lack of in a lot of suppliers.”
