“Purchased a number of these in two different sizes. The handles themselves are great - no fault there. However, I was sent a bag of screws which, when counted, were too few screws for the number of handles ordered. Phoned Handle House and was told that my cabinet maker should have extras which is not ok. When you order a product you expect to get what you paid for. Eventually the gentleman said he would get some more sent plus some spares. I am still waiting on these. Does make me reluctant to buy here again. Never had problems ordering Tradco handle hardware from Bretts. They always make sure I am happy.”
