“I had previously purchased a pendant 6 years ago when I had my first son. Hand on Heart was my first choice when I had my second baby. I have to say although still absolutely lovely, I have noticed some changes from when I made my first purchase. Such as the metal pendant used on the previous pendant was slightly thicker, and also the hook was thicker, making it feel more secure on the necklace. The print also seems deeper in the first purchase I made is definitely a change and thickness in the material used. I do however prefer the engraving on my newer pendant, as unfortunately the engraving on my first has virtually disappeared. X”

Over the last year we have significantly changed our creation processes to allow us to create imprinted jewellery to the very highest standard while still making each piece completely individual and unique. This has involved altering the way in which we impress the prints and text into the front of the pendants to ensure that they are as detailed, clear and hard-wearing as possible, however, this does mean that new pendants do not match older ones in terms of shape or layout and we are sorry this was not made more clear at the time of ordering.Kind Regards, Team HoH x
“I ordered this necklace as a keepsake reminder, after loosing our little boy recently who was stillborn. Hand on heart were able to use the footprints we had from the hospital, despite being a little bit smudged, and were able to put his d.o.b rather than a name on the front. The necklace arrived today and it is beautiful quality, and also included a print of the footprint used. The footprint on the pendant is really clear and a good size. I am really pleased with my very special necklace, and will treasure it.”
