“I obviously love my hand on heart products. I have order two heart necklaces with my children’s hand and foot print. The process so is easy. And when you accidentally give them the wrong image they message you to let you know your provider the wrong prints (which I did). They worked with me and reached out throughout the process while I tried to get them new prints. Which I really appreciated made me feel like they didn’t forget my order when I did at times. I have recommended this company to anybody that’s asks about my necklaces.I currently have s pendant that is 4yrs old and looks great no fading or tarnishing and one that I just received, which turned out great.Could not be more happier with how they both of my necklaces turned out. I also love the fact this company sends a copy of the hand and foot print that I sent on a card so I can display or use later down the road.All in all one of the best companies I’ve worked with and will continue to do so.”
