“This was the first time I used hand on heart jewellery. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that wants to make a keepsake. Mine was a heart with both my dad and mums hand prints on it. Everyone that sees it loves it. And it also gives me peace knowing that they are always with me. The very strange thing was that the nurse who looked after my mum was called Jess. And so was the lovely lady who made my necklace. That’s what I call more than coincidence!! Especially as it’s taken me 4 years to decide what I wanted!!”

“Really can't recommend the company enough. My sister lost her baby at 38 weeks due to complications, luckily she was able to to spend time with her and I had suggested she get some hand and footprints photographed and I would see what I could do. I used the contact us form and spoke to a lovely lady via email who said if we send the photographs in she would see what the design team could do without the inkless prints. I was contacted with a day to to confirm that the photographs could be used and was given a code to input at the checkout. The necklace came last week and its honestly so beautiful, it came in a lovely box with a copy of the prints and code enclosed so further purchases could be made which is really thoughtful. The jewellery itself is beautiful and I know its hard wearing as I've not taken my own off for 4 years since my daughter was born. I would completely recommend the company as a gift for yourself to remember those precious moments or for someone who's grieving who will have something to hold on to.”

“The prints appeared much darker than the website shows. Yes, I understand each item is hand made and will differ slightly, however, after contacting your help team, I was advised the oxidisation liquid used had not been removed and had darkened over time and I was asked to return the charm. I returned, however, I was unhappy with how the prints looked when cleaned up as some parts remained too dark and others had no oxidisation liquid at all, resulting in a very uneven finish. I asked for a new pendant to be made, to which I was advised no and my money was refunded. The girl in the help team was very helpful even though I was now without my pendant. She advised that you currently had a 2 for 1 sale on if I wished to purchase another item. I opted for a pendant that didn't require oxidisation liquid, to ensure the same issue didn't occur again. I have now had the pendant around 2 weeks and it is already discolouring. Overall my experience with HoH has been very poor. That is 2 pendants I have purchased recently and both aren't fit for wear after a number of weeks. I would like to add that I purchased a pendant almost 3 years a go, when my first son was born, I wore this pendant on a daily basis and it is still in perfect condition. I believe the quality of your product has declined over these 3 years, as the last 2 pendants I have received aren't to the high standard I once held this company to. I always showed my previous pendant off to everyone and recommended your company to anyone that asked, unfortunately, I will not be doing this again.”
