I’ve been looking for something special since we got told my eldest dog has cancer and wanted something that will always be with me, I honestly can’t thank HOH enough and will recommend them to anyone who wants something they can treasure”

“I have ordered a pendant with my two daughters handprints (one age 6 years and the other 17 months old). The only requirement was that the baby’s print to be smaller than the elder one so I can see the difference of age. I have received a pendant with two similar handprints. I have contacted customer service and said that I would have liked it to be done how I wished for and been told that I actually didn’t mention that and have been done according to the company policy. After I have explained that it was uploaded along with the prints, Lucy from customer service, told me that actually they have taken in the account my notes but they said they didn’t think it looked good so they have done two similar sizes. Even if on the website there are plenty of two different size handprints. So they have contacted me before they started working on to double check where should the girls hands be (the position -left or right). However, they didn’t think it will be important to contact me in relates to my only request.. Ok, its fine if mistakes occurs as long as you correct them.Now its the tricky bit, as I have asked for a pendant how I order it and I have been told it cannot be done. Fine, then I would like a refund. I don’t believe its my mistake and I don’t believe I should keep the necklace if not what I ordered. They offered me a partial refund. So I should incur the costs for postage to be sent back and for the print kits. I don’t agree as I said I didn’t make any mistake from my side so I don’t think I should cover for anything. They agreed to issue a full refund. However, when sent the refund they still deducted the print kits...For me it was very unprofessional and I felt I have been lied and cheated the all way up. I wouldn’t recommend them. I would only buy from them if they show me beforehand what would look like. And it was my birthday gift. So, on my birthday I had to deal with them telling me it was my mistake. Cannot imagine what a beautiful day it was :)”
