“Good communications from Hand-on-Heart. Good product. Very happy with this as a gift.Downside is they used Royal Mail as the delivery company so it took 3 goes for me to get it - they are the worst delivery company no idea why any company would use it now.But Hand-on-heart themselves were decent”

I chose the small heart for my dads handprint, which is exactly what I wanted, as it wasn’t too big like other memorial jewellery I’ve seen. I was absolutely heartbroken when I lost my dad recently. It now feels like I’m carrying a little piece of him with me everywhere I go. The box it came presented in was also lovely. I will be ordering the bracelet next as a beautiful reminder of my mum. “I purchased this charm to add onto my late partners existing necklace as it was a request that she have all three children's handprints with her. We had a slight delay due to machine issues,but I was kept updated with the delay and what was happening. As a result it arrived in time for the funeral and it was truelly beautiful.
