“This is my 2nd time buying from HOH.The 1st I found it so much better. Much more personal, I had 1 on 1 emails about my order and the outcome was better.The first order I feel the jewellery is much better and more worth what we paid. This 2nd order was for a much smaller item very expensive but I just don't feel the handprint is as good quality as the first one I got it seems totally different. Not as deeply engraved and doesn't stand out anywhere near as much and is very small. Pretty gutted as ever since I got my first piece of jewellery I couldn't wait to add to it. Still happy I have it finished but not as satisfied as I would of hoped”

I didn't pay for the quicker delivery but my kit was sent out next day, I had an email to confirm it had been accepted and even the name of the person that was designing my item.
