“Brilliant customer service. Rapid response when asking questions about product before I purchased it. Approved prints the following day and were early with delivery. A lovely lady I spoke with helped fast track my item because i needed it earlier than had been originally agreed. Beautifully packed and presented. My husband loves his necklace. “I thought it would be durable and long lasting as it is Silver but it seems not. The print came out well but the tag is poor quality and came with scratch already. It looks very dull. Waste of money.”
