I absolutely love it and my daughters hand and foot prints will be with me forever. These are such a special and personalised thing you can have done to remember them being small. Customer service is fantastic I asked a few questions and the response was very quick, even with lockdown they kept me up dated and delivery was very quick. It arrived in a lovely gift box and it explains who made your necklace which was lovely to hear and explains how to look after it. Thank you all so much”
