“After a day my pendant was going black but the staff assured me all that was needed was a polishing cloth for silver and they sent one out to me. When I rubbed the pendant with the cloth it shined up beautifully! The hand and footprints are perfect on the pendant. I love it and I also love the keyring with the same prints. Long delivery time but definitely worth the wait! Really excellent customer service. The jewellery arrived in beautiful, tasteful presentation. Highly recommended”
