I found the heart and asked if I could have it without the name on the front and they accommodated that and now I’ve got them both on one necklace. “I found the company very nice and helpful throughout the whole ordering process. I love the necklace. Unfortunately, before it was delivered, I had to pay an extra €40 customs charges on top of the price of the item. It mentions that you may have to pay customs in the terms and conditions on the website. I had no idea it would be so expensive though. You need to factor this into the cost if you're considering buying from here.”
