“This is a long overdue review.I ordered this beautiful piece of jewellery this past March with all my girls handprint / footprints.The piece arrived in time for an anniversary but sadly after a few days of wearing it the two hearts scuffed a lot in-between. Spoke on the phone with a lovely lady and I sent it back to separate the two hearts in 2 different pieces and to be re polished.The staff was very polite and attentive to my needs and queries and I cannot be more thankful for this amazing piece of jewellery. I do recommend and for sure i’ll come back to buy some more amazing and special items.”

“Item was absolutely beautiful worn 3 times in 8 days and it was badly scuffed up from were they over lap contacted customer services to complain and they offered me a cloth which I already have an use and a clean after one year. Absolutely heartbroken as this was a present after I had my second son and i cant even wear it anymore cause I don't want people to see how marked it is should have just got the one heart with 2 prints on instead of this one”
