I was emailed a proof of what the necklace would look like as I was a little unsure that my inscription on the reverse of the necklace would appear how I imagined. They also used a photograph of my dogs paw, rather than me try to get a print (not so easy with my little fella). The necklace arrived when promised and it's just what I wanted. “The process was very straightforward, but the cloth to wipe the dog's paw with the special coating wasn't easy to apply, seemed too dry, and getting a good quality imprint on the special paper wasn't easy either. but the end result is fantastic (good job i supplied a close up photo of the paw i think).”

We are sorry to hear that you found the print taking process a little difficult, we do find that due to the drier texture of dog paws, the inkless wipes do leave a fainter print than we would find with hand or footprints. “I would fully recommend Hand on heart jewellery, this was my first time ordering from them. I had seen it online and was looking forages before deciding to order, I wanted to get it done while it was still possible. Ordering was so easy and straightforward, the hardest part was trying to get my dogs paw print in the first place. I sent the print in, thankfully they confirmed it was usable and then I received my jewellery in the post.
