“Overall it was a fantastic experience. The paw print making kit that I ordered took more time than what it should have and when it arrived there was only one wipe in the packet (there should have been 2) but I made do with one. That said when they received my prints I received the completed order in quite a short period after. The finished product is brilliant and worth every penny.”

“I was delighted to receive this for my Birthday after losing my cat 8 months previously. Unfortunately, after only 3 days wear the charm on top (my new kittens paw print) had scratched the other heart so badly it looked awful. I was devastated. When my partner contacted you he was told that it is normal for scratches to appear this quickly. I wear the necklace every day as we were not able to get a replacement but it is so scratched all around my late cats print and I just feel upset every time I see it.”
