The service from the staff at hand on heart was fabulous, especially when I realised that I hadn’t received an email to confirm that the paw prints had uploaded successfully and I had to contact the staff to check. Despite receiving a message from the magic uploader to say that the upload was successful, unfortunately, the prints hadn’t made it through. However, once aware, the staff were brilliant and helpful and within hours of resubmitting the prints, I had the confirmation that the locket was being ‘pawsonalised’! The locket arrived a few days later & in time for my daughters birthday. It’s the best present & I would highly recommend buying from this lovely company.”
