“I had some hand print charms and bracelet 6 years ago and I loved them so much. Unfortunately I lost it so i saved up and re ordered and added some extra charms to reflect the new additions to the family.I was so looking forward to them but when they arrived I was really disappointed. The old charms were small and solid and really classy. The ones that arrived were a bit bigger and were more hole than charm. Very lightweight and the hole was way too big for the bracelet I got (HOH don't do the bracelets anymore but I specifically asked what sort I should get). I haven't been able to wear these and i am very disappointed as my old ones were stunning.I think of the quality of the charm is going to be less that should be reflected in the price.That being said the service I got was always excellent and everything arrived on time.”
