“I got an engraved pawprint from you years ago and absolutely love it and have been recommending to you friends and family ever since.I bought my mum an engaged paw print charm and key ring for mother's day this year and I'm sorry to say I was really disappointed in it. In comparison to mine they look really cheap and not worth the money I paid. However my mum loved them and that's the main thing. Not sure I will be recommending you from now on. Sorry”
