“Bought this necklace as a present for my mother in law for Xmas got the names of the family engraved on it but when it was delivered I noticed it had a spelling mistake on so when I rang up to let them know about the mistake they were very apologetic and very quick to get my replacement done and sent out in time for Christmas. My mother in law loves her necklace and was showing it off to the rest of the family when they came. Delivery was very quick and the box and bag was beautiful really set it off.would buy from hand on heart again.”
