“I ordered a heart pendant and necklace. It has my late fathers fingerprint on one side and his hand writing on the other. The necklace is beautiful as are the details. His handwriting is so accurate. This piece of jewellery was more expensive than other websites but it is so worth it as the other websites jewellery does not compare. Excellent communication. “The experience from ordering to receiving my item was exceptional. Although the print kit supplied was not sufficient to enable the funeral directors to take prints, the process was made alot easier as the funeral directors liased with Hand On Heart Jewellery directly and supplied digital prints.I ordered an item with handwriting personalisation and this was excellent quality on the item.
