“The process was fairly easy and my necklace arrived quicker than I thought it woad only down size is i couldn’t see and option to order the same one I did in a bigger size so maybe if a bigger heart could be added that woad be good but it is definitely a beautiful piece and looks like it’s been lovingly created”
