“It was very easy to order the necklace and add the footprint to the order. My husband placed the order for me but I added the footprint to the order. I love it and love the Angel wing charm, however I do feel that the charm will start to cause wear on the pendant and blur the etching of the foot and engraving over time. An idea would be to have the charm attached to a link in the chain slightly higher up to prevent the friction between them, although I’m not sure how feasible this would be. I love that I have a piece of my daughter with me always.”
“After losing our daughter suddenly (stillborn), I had been looking for somewhere that did jewellery which would include an engraving of our daughter's handprint. I found this website and was amazed at the selection and choices. I checked that they would deliver to the Channel Islands, as sometimes ordering from websites to deliver here is tricky, upon checking their website they even mentioned Channel Islands and that they delivered to there. When I selected the item, took a picture on my phone of the handprint and emailed through it was so quick and easy and no issues. I was then kept up to date with the delivery progress and even received a message when it had been delivered. The necklace came in a lovely jewellery box and a leaflet with the name of the person who created this piece of jewellery, such a nice personal touch. I am so pleased with this and the service was absolutely brilliant. I hardly ever take this necklace off and is a nice way to always remember our little girl. Thank you.”
