“Getting a dog paw print proved an almost impossible task, I had great assistance from your team however; in the end found taking a photograph combined with the paw print best. Perhaps that can be included in your instructions in future so you get both an ink print and photo to piece together the best image. Thanks for the help. I think because my dog is too bouncy the print isn’t clear like a fingerprint is but hopefully the recipient will be pleased I tried!”
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this great feedback, we are sorry that you had some trouble taking your paw prints and are so pleased to hear that our team were able to help >3Team HoH x

“I loved the idea of using paw prints to make jewellery for each of the pets. Sadly only one of my cats worked and that was because he was short haired. I have a long haired German Shepherd and a long haired Persian cat also and the prints came up terrible, does this mean trimming their feet or do you try and make the best of what you have with the print? I wouldn’t want it to look messy which it did, wouldn’t want to pay all the money for a smudge paw print on a neck less. Do you have any suggestions?”
Thank you for getting in touch, we are sorry to hear that you have had trouble taking the paw prints of your pets! When working with prints our design team do clean up any smudges and marks from around the pads of the print, leaving a nice clear print on the jewellery. If you are unsure of the prints please do feel free to send our team a photo of the prints to studio@handonheartjewellery.co.uk and we can take a look and advise from there if you would like?Thank you in advance, Team HoH x
