“I paid for next day delivery and got it a week after the cremation I had to tell the young kids that because hand on heart couldn't get it to me for next day delivery that they couldn't have there mothers fingerprints on jewlery there devastated and the grandmother is distraught.”
Thank you for your feedback.We are terribly sorry to hear your kit was not delivered on a Next Day Service, as was ordered and would like to assure you that this has been reported to our DPD account manager as it is not the service we expect from them.Once an order leaves the Hand on Heart studio, our trust is with DPD to ensure the goods are delivered safely and on time but it would appear on this occasion DPD has failed us and we apologise for the inconvenience and upset caused by this.We cannot seem to find any correspondence from yourself regarding this issue, however, If you could please contact us direct at studio@handonheartjewellery.co.uk, a member of our customer service will be able to look into this further and find out exactly what has occurred on this instance.
