“Qite bad, ordered for 1 year memorial. The site promised drlivery before xmas but i only got it mid jan. I called and was told lies yhst i had selected mid jan delivery option however there was no optiob to select delivery dates when placing order, its very small anf the rngraving of my dads name is un readable without a mocroscope.”

“From placing the initial order to receiving it, I cannot fault Hand on Heart. I'm delighted with my locket, whilst it is smaller than I thought it would be (I prefer more delicate jewellery though so certainly not complaining), it is stunning, the engraving is perfect and it is quite weighty for its size. I did struggle a little filling it but that was due to the grain of the ashes. Thank you!”
