“Really good experience overall.I ordered the personalised ashes locket for my sister and I’m pleased with the quality.I struggled to get the top off initially but managed to do it eventually. Maybe leave the top off when delivering the lockets so that we can fill them and then screw them on ourselves. The packaging was lovely and I ordered the gift bag too which is really nice.”
