“Everything was fine thanks apart from actual locket is too small I had trouble putting ashes into locket because the top of locket neck is so small The ashes were too big to get through So it was a very unpleasant job trying to squeeze them through and very emotional”

We are terribly sorry to hear you found the process of adding ashes to the locket difficult. We do try and make sure that the sizes of our pieces are updated and available on each product page. We also make sure to include some instructions and a funnel with each piece when packing but I can completely understand how distressing this must of been for you and I apologise.
