“The process was really easy, the delivery was quite a while and the product is lovely but a little bit small. I was expecting it to fit on my Pandora bracelet as stated in the description but it doesn't fit on the standard Pandora bracelet!”

We are sorry to hear that your charms are not quite as expected, we can see that you have ordered our lovely Family Necklace which features charms created to be compatible with the necklace chain supplied. We are afraid that due to the small size of these charms, they are not compatible with charm bracelets and do apologise if there was any confusion at the time of ordering.
