I emailed to ask them to include his dew claw “dot” which was unique to his print and was provided with a quick response and a draft of my print to approve. Fantastic service overall.”

“I recently lost my shadow and I contacted HOH with an image of his paw prints after he walked through the paint tray when I was decorating once. I was surprised and delighted when Lucy got back to me with a proof. I asked if they were able to include his nail marks (as his nails were quirky) and they quickly amended the proof. Would be good if the pack came with a couple of attempts for those of us with very large dogs I could only fit a couple of attempts on the paper as her paws are so big.”
