“I absolutely love my family necklace with my late dogs paw print on. It’s a lovely keep sake to remind me of her. The only improvement I could suggest is that the engraved name on the other side of the charm could be engraved the other way round as when the charm flips over, the name is upside down. Other than that it is perfect and the customer care was amazing, even sending me the cleaned up paw prints to keep. Thank you so much x”
