“The necklace was beautiful but as it was an urn necklace I was expecting the cremation kit so I could have my recently deceased dog Bentley next to my heart but the kit didn’t arrive with the necklace which caused me some unnecessary emotional stress. The kit is now on its way but obviously was very disappointed.”
