“I was really impressed with the service from Hand on Heart. Purchasing a gift voucher was quick and easy, and it arrived sooner than I thought in lovely packaging.”
“I ordered a gift voucher and paid extra for the gift box. It arrived in pretty poor condition but i spoke to customer service who were amazing and so easy to deal with and they sent out another one straight away for me. The second one came which was in better condition but there was still some slight damage. The boxes are not packaged well for delivery as the first one literally arrived in a bag with no protection and second one sent only had a thin card sleeve around it in the bag. Maybe if they had some bubble wrap or something around them they would arrive in a better condition. Purchasing a voucher means it’s being given to someone as a gift so I feel the gift box should be in perfect condition especially when you pay extra for it. The voucher inside was nice enough. 4* given due to fantastic customer service.”
