“Very good experience with Hand on Heart. They kept me updated on when the ashes were received and when my earrings were dispatched. Came a lot earlier than originally planned. On opening the box i was over the moon with my earrings, good quality and very sparkly. I opted for the picture to be put is side the box which was more of a personal touch.
