“After my heart was broken following the loss of my beautiful spaniel Poppy I contacted hand on heart jewellery as I wanted to have a piece of jewellery so she was with me always. The email response was both compassionate and understanding, I wanted a pendant to go on my existing Pandora chain and a charm for a bracelet.Ordering was simple and I received a pot for Poppys ashes within a couple of days, I returned but paid extra for tracking as I couldn’t handle them going missing.I opted for a red large heart and charm. They arrived within 4 weeks as expected and I am completely delighted with them. The only negative is that the chain is very flimsy and easily snapped but as I was using my own chain that didn’t worry me.I feel that Poppy is always with me and I can go for our walks knowing a little part of her is with me, it might sound mad but that’s how I feel.Would definitely recommend.”

“Presentation of everything is 100% and it is absolutely beautiful, but my only complaint is the chain, which I was really disappointed with as the clasp is cheap and fiddly,I struggle getting it on and off myself so it puts me off wearing it daily. I took a star off for this as I will need to buy a new chain with better clasp.. but the heart is beautiful”
