“My charm is beautiful and the service was great as always. However, this is the 3rd charm i have purchased and this one is noticibly smaller than my others which is a little disappointing and I would love to understand why.”

“Received my charm a few weeks back and the colour (green) is absolutely stunning, I had the piece engraved with my mams initials. My only complaint is that the G at the end of the initials looks as though it's lower case but I think it's just the font. Other than that I'd definitely recommend”
