“The overall experience I had with Hand on Heart Jewellery was top class. The communication was also excellent, I emailed with a question and they were quick to get back with a reply. The black oval charm I purchased was beautifully made by Donna, I did want to wear the charm on my Pandora necklace but unfortunately it didn’t sit that well on it, the black side of the charm just fell to the bottom so you couldn’t really see the black side at all, while you were wearing it, so I will probably just wear it on my Pandora bracelet instead.”
