“The quality of the necklace is very good. The company send you a spoon, a very nice pouch to put your loved ones ashes into a bag. It took about 2 to 2.5 weeks for the necklace to be made, it comes in a good quality jewel box. Overall I am very happy with my purchase, one annoyance is the chain does not have a larger ring on the end, it is very difficult to close the chain.”
