The necklace was lovely and being able to choose a colour for the gem was a special touch as my mother-in-law’s favourite colour was red. Hand in Heart messaged me to say that the first necklace they made wasn’t of the standard they wanted for me so they were going to make another one. I was concerned there wouldn’t be enough ashes for this but they emailed me straight back and put my mind at rest, they were very open and honest and super friendly. They sent me the first one they made as it contained her ashes and the remainder of the unused ashes. To be honest, I couldn’t see any flaws but it is so lovely to know that Hand on Heart have the highest standards and care about their products and what it means to their clients.
