“From start to finished the entire experience felt very private between me and the artist. They email updates of every step of the way which is a nice touch. The final product was out standing and brought many a tears to the family seeing the final result. I’m so happy with the way they handled everything!! “I am absolutely blown away with hand on heart jewellery. From start to finish it has been an amazing service. I was kept well informed and updated throughout. My finished piece arrived before the expected delivery date too which was a lovely surprise. The detail and care taken with my loved ones ashes was perfect.
