My necklace arrived a whole week earlier than I had thought. So much care is put into the creation of the necklace, as well as the packaging. Receiving my necklace did make me cry all over again but in a way that I now have my nan with me forever”

“I adore my necklace, which I had made in memory of my Granny. It arrived exactly as pictured and I love the green colour. The only minor issue was that the certificate that came with the necklace was a bit crumpled when it arrived. However overall I am very happy with my necklace and would recommend Hand on Heart to anyone”
