“Upsetting,my husband passed away in August which was a very hard time after 39 years of marriage,my step daughter was extremely upset,so after looking through the internet for the best company which I thought I we had found and her choosing the colour which was purple which is the nearest to her birthday,unfortunately when it arrived it looked orange/red colour,now I had checked 3 times before completing the order form,after complaining due to the situation,I was informed that I asked for Red which I totally disagree with and the only thing I was offered was to pay all over again due to your sale still being on,I was considering a necklace pendant and ring but due to your response I will be going elsewhere Mrs Sara Lewis”
