“Your customer relations is excellent. I am very pleased with the pendant but would make the following observations. Many of your clients must be as elderly as I, and I had great difficulty using the tiny clasp so bought myself another chain with a bigger fitting. It would be a good idea to give people a choice, maybe even magnetic ones.”
