“Had a fantastic whole experience with Hand on Heart from start to finish. I requested a few brochures from a few different company's. Hand on Heart was the only one I received. Luckily this was for my 13 year old daughter and she loved the tear drop pendant. It was easy to order, with simple instructions to follow. I was really pleased you could have the persons handwriting also engraved onto it too. This was a great surprise for my daughter. They sent the kit to collect the ashes in very quickly. Also e mailed me to check if we still wanted to go ahead as I hadn't sent the ashes back. Once I packaged up the ashes and sent them in the pre paid envelope. I was e mailed the following day to be told they had arrived safely. I then got a message about 10 days after to say the necklace was on its way back. All went so smoothly. My daughter was so happy to recieve her pendant and have her Grandad back with her. I would highly recommend.”

“Beautiful, slightly smaller than I thought but only a bit. Ordered in black, wasn't quite as shiny and sparkly as I saw in pictures but it's my pops so I love it. Ordered the extra adjustable chain. Arrived knotted up and panicked a bit thinking I couldn't wear it but managed to untangle and love the extendable option”
