I ordered it in black and when I received it, I was over the moon because the ashes that I sent were white/grey and my fur baby was black and white, so a bonus. “Right from when the pack arrived, everything went very smoothly. Was notified when they received the ashes to when delivery would be . They in fact delivered well before the estimated day of delivery, which was fantastic as it arrived just before my husbands birthday so it was over whelming when it arrived.
