“The pendant us beautiful. The chain is poor quality. My mum is 85 and unable to open the chain.so we have spent extra money trying to get a stronger fastener that she can use. Unfortunately this hadn't worked.so we are taking the chain back yo get a lobster clip.hoping to resolve the issue..it would be a good idea to have a choice of chain.wuth the lobster fastener as a choice in case other elderly members are unable to open and close the chains.”
