“This tree of life necklace was for my Nan, in memory of my Gramps. We all come together as a family at a tree on Dartmoor, so this was the perfect design to celebrate Gramps’s life. It brought my Nan a lot of comfort and it’s nice that she can keep him close.Before Gramps passed away, I showed him my ashes ring (in memory of my Springer Spaniel). He thought it was beautiful and I know he would think his tree of life is too. Another amazing experience with Hand on Heart.
