“I was absolutely blown away by how beautiful my ashes ring was. I had researched many companies before I came across hand on heart and I am so grateful I did. The care that goes into collecting the ashes and the beautiful packing to send the ashes in the post, was absolutely beautiful it made me feel that the same care was taken of my nan in death as it was when she was alive. “Piece’s did not fit…after spending what I did, and to be given advice to use….what effectively is a piece of plastic to MAKE the piece fit…..so sorry but disappointed”
