I did lots of research and decided on Hand on Heart and I am so pleased I did. My item is beautiful and more than I could of hoped for. The customer service has been amazing. When there was an issue with the chain, someone contacted me to explain the problem and that they are working on sorting something out. They sent me a picture of the new chain they wanted to try for my approval. My necklace arrived very well packaged and presented in a beautiful jewellery box. I would recommend HoH to anyone and I am so thankful they have helped us have our son with us on our wedding day”
