“From the point of placing my order, I received the kit for the ashes very quickly. Very professional service. The ashes go into a little plastic sealable bag & then into a lovely pouch, and then Into the envelope provided. Likewise, when you get the finished product back, it arrives in a lovely box, with a certificate of authentication. I’m very, very happy with my necklace & feel very content in the knowledge that a little piece of my beautiful Mum is always with me. ❤️�”
